"The Apartment is wonderful. Large open space with very comfortable sofas. Large Kitchen, equipped with basic pantries, but enough to cook for 4. Nespresso machine with some capsules. Modern refrigerator with ice dispenser. Beautiful large windows. Washing machine and dryer. Separate Toilette. Walkable Closet. Very modern and elegant furniture. High speed internet. Elevator in the building. Very central, calm street within walking distance to ile de la cité and between two Underground stations (max. 1 change to reach everything). 2 Supermarkets within 200 m. Very clean and elegant look. The apartment seems to be newly renovated. Perfect for Families with kids for some nights in Paris. We stayed 5 nights but we could easily have stayed longer."

"Although very new installation, it looked like that the finishing touch to the Apartment was missing. nothing serious, just small details, such as Chair legs not screwed enough (wiggling), Bathroom door lock not working properly, sun screen on the window partially working, the shower drain did not drain properly (piece of plastic was blocking the flow of water), Water faucets in the bathroom only had nice pressure with hot water (cold water was there but a very low pressure, kitchen and WC sink worked fine). We could have also used some night lamps in the children's room and a light point in the living room. a kitchen knife able to cut (knives were there but not perfect for cooking) would have been great. Be aware that the apartment is facing some building offices, it means if the curtains are open people can see inside (at least during office hours) . For us was not an issue but I can understand how some people could find it not optimal. We also would have been more than happy to do waste sorting for our trash (plastic, glass, bio), but there was just a large rubbish bin and no Information was given on how to select and dispose (e.g. particular days of the week). Again, all in all, we loved the apartment and for sure we will book our next trip in Paris here again. these are more of minor suggestions to improve even more."

"The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We appreciated the generous supply of towels, and liked having the shower & sinks in a separate room from the toilet and sink. Very convenient when you have 3 people getting ready at the same time."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und entspricht exakt den Fotos. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Metro, Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte etc. alles fußläufig sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam: da uns ein paar scharfe Messer für die Küche fehlten, hat dieser solche innerhalb von 24 Stunden nachgeliefert. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox lief unkompliziert und zuverlässig ab. Wir konnten sogar wunschgemäß früher einchecken als gedacht."

"Da es bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr warm in Paris war, wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert gewesen. Dadurch, dass alle Fenster auf einer Seite der Wohnung liegen (nach Westen), war es nicht möglich, Luftdurchzug zu erhalten. Somit war er sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts extrem warm in der Wohnung."
